When applying, applicants are:
- Identifying housing preferences: based on housing needs and location
- Providing general contact information
- Proving household makeup to confirm housing needs
- Joining the waiting list: applicants will be placed on the requested waiting list(s)
When an appropriate unit becomes available, CABH will contact applicants on the waiting list to begin the CABH application and screening process.

Applicants are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis in order of date and time received. Based on the details provided within the following application, a member of our team will contact you when a unit becomes ready for occupancy.
All applications are subject to eligibility verification, program requirements, and availability of units. Housing is offered in accordance with federal HUD regulations and Massachusetts state laws governing low-income and subsidized housing programs. Placement is determined by program guidelines, waitlist status, and funding availability.
