CABH Application Process

Once you are contacted by a CABH representative regarding an available unit, whether Subsidized or Fair Market Rate, and you confirm your intention to proceed, the application and approval process will begin.

Please Note

  • If you decline interest in a unit or fail to respond when contacted, your position on the waiting list may be affected.
  • Preference is given to applicants who are homeless, survivors of domestic violence, or veterans.

Each CABH property has specific use and financial requirements. Applicants will be screened accordingly. Providing complete and accurate information is essential to ensure a smooth and timely approval process.
