With a strong background in strategic project and program management, Jeff brings decades of leadership experience from roles at Inspire Brands, Dunkin’ Brands, Verizon, and UPS. He excels in cross-functional team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and change management, consistently driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Jeff holds a Master’s in Administrative Studies from Boston College and a Bachelor’s in Energy & Environmental Resource Management from Bridgewater State University, along with a Project Management Certificate from Boston University.
